Low-Level control with ‘hl_loc()’

Introduction: hl_loc()

In general, use hl() to highlight data.frames, and hl_mat() to highlight matrices.

However, there does exist a low-level function for highlighting matrices and data.frames called hl_loc(). This function is useful if you want more control over the process of selecting row, columns and colours.

hl_loc() is a little less friendly than hl() or hl_mat() as the row_ids and col_ids to be highlighted can only be specified as numeric indices.

Highlight a block of rows and columns (all combinations of given row and column ids)
